Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Sales Specialist to join a fully remote sales team. This role involves generating leads, delivering virtual presentations, and closing deals from a home office to hit ambitious targets.

You will build relationships via digital channels, use CRM tools, and collaborate with remote colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience and ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a remote sales role or a highly self-motivated sales background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, video conferencing tools, and other remote work technologies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads and manage a sales pipeline using online tools and platforms.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations via video conferencing.
• Engage with potential clients through various digital communication channels (email, phone, chat).
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales performance goals.
• Collaborate effectively with internal remote teams and provide insights on customer needs.
