Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales operations, sales administration, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in CRM administration (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
• Develop and implement sales process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Generate regular sales reports and performance dashboards for management review.
