Placements24 in Centurion is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Manager to streamline the sales function in a hybrid work setting. You will own processes, data integrity, forecasting, and CRM governance to drive performance.

Collaborate with marketing, finance and supply chain, deliver insights to leadership, and mentor the sales team on new tools and best practices. A FMCG background and 5+ years in sales operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar role within the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and performance metrics.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales processes and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
