About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join their team on a fully remote basis, supporting sales efforts across the country. This role is instrumental in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization by managing sales processes, tools, and data. You will work closely with the sales team and leadership to ensure seamless operations, provide analytical insights, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, a keen analytical mind, and is adept at managing complex data and systems in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and optimizing its usage for the sales team.
• Develop and implement sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Generate regular sales reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into performance.
• Support the sales team with operational tasks, including lead routing, territory management, and tool administration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and operational needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales operations , CRM administration, or a related analytical role.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high attention to detail.
