You will demonstrate the product online, tailor solutions to client needs, and manage the sales pipeline end-to-end. A track record of hitting targets and strong virtual communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, SaaS sales, or e-commerce sales.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
• Excellent online communication and presentation skills; able to engage clients virtually.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online business operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads from multiple sources and inbound inquiries.
• Conduct online demos and presentations of the ecommerce platform to prospects.
• Understand client needs and articulate how the platform drives growth.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
• Build relationships with clients and maintain regular communication.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure a seamless journey.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
