Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Sales Specialist to join its global, remote-first team. You will engage with potential SaaS/e-commerce clients, conduct virtual demonstrations, qualify leads, and guide deals from initial contact to closure.

The role rewards strong communication, CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Salesforce), and the ability to work independently from a home office. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. We offer a competitive base salary with commission and comprehensive remote-work benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, especially SaaS, e‑commerce, or related tech.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas with effective techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM tools and virtual collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries and actively engage potential clients.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Qualify prospects and guide them through the sales cycle to close.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and follow-up.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and platform features.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for improvements.
• Foster client relationships and smooth onboarding transition.
