Placements24 is seeking a Remote Recruitment Consultant specializing in Sales and Marketing to partner with businesses across South Africa. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, manage end-to-end processes, and provide market insights to clients. A remote-first culture and autonomy are emphasized.

You will develop sourcing strategies, maintain candidate relationships, and meet recruitment KPIs while working from a home office in SA.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant focusing on sales and marketing.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a remote workload efficiently.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing functions and required skill sets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for remote interaction.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales and marketing roles.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients virtually.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate experience.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
• Provide clients with market insights and best practices for sales/marketing recruitment.
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Utilize CRM systems and recruitment tools to manage pipelines.
• Stay informed about trends in sales and marketing recruitment.
• Collaborate effectively with remote team members and management.
