You will source, screen and place qualified professionals using remote-first strategies and virtual tools. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruitment, a track record in sales/marketing placements, and strong remote communication,

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in recruitment, focused on sales and marketing.
• Proven success sourcing and placing candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, marketing principles and digital tools.
• Excellent remote communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with online recruitment tools and ATS.
• Able to work autonomously in a remote setting with high performance.
• Based in South Africa with reliable home office setup.
• Committed to ethical recruitment and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales and marketing roles.
• Develop remote-centric sourcing strategies using online platforms and social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates through virtual channels.
• Assess candidates' skills, experience, and culture fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process in a remote setting.
• Meet recruitment targets and client KPIs.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and share knowledge.
• Maintain records in ATS/recruitment database.
