Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in recruitment consultancy, with a track record in executive and senior professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex recruitment assignments for executive and senior professional roles.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen interviews and assessments to evaluate fit and qualifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes.
