Placements24 is seeking a motivated Resourcing Consultant to join their fully remote team. You will identify, engage, and screen top sales and business development talent for clients across Benoni, Gauteng, and the wider South African market.

In this role, you will build a strong candidate pipeline, conduct screening calls, and collaborate with senior consultants to meet client requirements. Remote work offers flexibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or resourcing, focus on sales roles.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates effectively.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and business development functions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience within Gauteng region is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify high-caliber candidates for sales and business development positions.
• Conduct in-depth screening calls to assess qualifications, experience, and motivation.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future client needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies across online platforms and professional networks.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and account managers to understand client requirements.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay informed about trends in sales recruitment and the broader job market.
