Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a fully remote sales team across time zones.
• Ability to coach from call recordings and drive performance with cadence and scorecards.
• Strong CRM, dashboard, and reporting discipline.
• Experience managing 8–15+ direct reports.
• In-depth inbound sales, demos, and pipeline management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of remote Sales Representatives to hit weekly and monthly targets.
• Drive daily execution: speed-to-lead, demos, follow-up discipline, client sign-ups, onboarding progress, CRM activity, and pipeline movement.
• Review call recordings, transcripts, CRM notes, tasks, follow-ups, and performance reports.
• Run 1:1s, call coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance scorecards.
• Monitor active files to ensure onboarding and handoff to Property Management.
