Placements24 is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for new developments. This fully remote role allows you to manage the sales strategy and a remote team from anywhere in South Africa, with a focus on the Upington, Northern Cape region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales management, strong leadership, and the ability to drive performance in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in real estate sales with at least 3 years in a sales management role.
• Proven success leading remote sales teams and hitting targets.
• Strong CRM, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets for new real estate developments.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing remote sales team.
• Set individual and team sales quotas and performance goals.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and competitor strategies.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and product launches.
