The ideal candidate has 4+ years in recruitment with a solid grasp of sales processes, KPIs, and methodologies, plus excellent networking and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience with a focus on sales and business development.
• Proven ability to identify, attract, and place top sales professionals.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and various sales methodologies.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
