Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse range of roles.
• Proactively source and identify top-tier candidates through various online channels and networking.
• Conduct comprehensive screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
• Utilize CRM systems and recruitment software to track progress and maintain data integrity.
