Placements24 is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to expand our global recruitment client base in a remote-first role. You will identify potential clients, nurture relationships, and close new business mandates to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment or professional services, with a proven track record of meeting targets and negotiating high-value contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
• 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in recruitment or professional services.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience influencing senior decision-makers and managing B2B sales cycles.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prospect potential new clients through lead generation and campaigns.
• Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand talent acquisition challenges.
• Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate and close new contracts and service agreements.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate with internal teams.
