Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Business Development Manager to drive growth across national and international markets within a dynamic recruitment consultancy. You will identify opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and tailor recruitment solutions to meet needs.

In this fully remote role, you will leverage digital sales tools, deliver compelling proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in recruitment or professional services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
