Placements24 is seeking a Remote HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support from anywhere in South Africa. The role focuses on employee relations, policy implementation, talent management support, and compliance within a remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and has 3–5 years of broad HR experience, with strong knowledge of SA labor law and HRIS proficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of broad experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Solid understanding of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Experience with HRIS and general office software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
• Previous experience in a fully remote HR role is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees and management on various HR-related matters.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes, in line with company policy and legal requirements.
