Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain operational documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on operational efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance retail operations. Support the rollout of new retail initiatives and projects, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure service level agreements are met. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail operations, supply chain management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent understanding of retail business processes and best practices. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms). Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. Experience with e-commerce platforms and order management systems is a plus. Familiarity with project management methodologies.
