This critical role focuses on ensuring clients derive maximum value from our client's retail solutions and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Proactively monitor client health and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Provide strategic guidance and best practices to clients to help them achieve their business objectives through our client's offerings.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and address concerns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Success , Account Management, or a related client-facing role, preferably in the retail technology sector.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and its operational challenges.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of clients and drive retention and growth.
• Proficiency in CRM software and customer success platforms.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote, autonomous environment.
