Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Customer Success Manager to join a distributed team. You will onboard clients, drive adoption, and build strong relationships to ensure client success and retention across our SaaS offerings.

In this fully remote role based in South Africa, you will monitor health metrics, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a remote workload effectively, ideally based near Klerksdorp.
• Experience with CRM and customer success platforms is a plus.
