Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Client Success Manager to join their team, supporting clients from Soweto and beyond in a fully remote capacity. You will build relationships, drive adoption, retention, and advocacy.

The role emphasizes proactive health monitoring, business reviews, and collaboration with Sales, Support, and Product to ensure client success and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Relationship role, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients at various levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of customer success principles and metrics.
• Ability to analyze client data and identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
• Proactively monitor client health, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Drive product adoption and utilization by educating clients on features and best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and escalating issues as necessary.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their progress towards goals and identify opportunities for growth.
