Placements24 is seeking a Remote Restaurant Manager to oversee multiple virtual restaurant brands from a remote location in South Africa. You will optimize kitchen operations, delivery logistics, quality control, and customer satisfaction while leveraging technology to manage dispersed teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in restaurant management, strong leadership, and proficiency with restaurant management software and online ordering platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of experience in restaurant management; multi-unit/virtual ops advantageous.
• Strong kitchen operations, food costing, and inventory management knowledge.

• Experience coordinating remote teams and collaborating with marketing/tech teams.
