Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in catering operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing remote teams and operations in the hospitality or catering industry.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP) and sanitation standards.
• Financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to optimise service delivery.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of catering staff.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and supply chain logistics.
• Collaborate with sales and events teams on feasible catering solutions.
• Implement quality control and gather client feedback for improvements.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and P&L.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene regulations compliance.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
