Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in restaurant management or senior leadership in F&B.
• Proven P&L management, cost control, and profitability drive.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of culinary trends, food safety regulations, and customer service.
• Experience with remote team management and digital operational tools is a plus.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations, staff, inventory, and financials.
