Ideal candidates will have at least 3–5 years in operations or financial analysis within hospitality, with strong Excel/SQL/Tableau skills and experience with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations or financial analysis, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong analytics with proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from multiple locations.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports for management.
• Identify inefficiencies in inventory, labor scheduling, and food costs.
• Provide data-backed recommendations to managers and leadership.
• Conduct financial analysis, including P&L reviews and sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
