Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in business development or sales with renewable energy focus.
• Proven track record of closing large-scale deals and managing complex sales cycles.
• Deep understanding of renewable energy technologies and market dynamics.
• Exceptional networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information clearly.
• Experience working remotely with digital collaboration tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market trends in renewable energy.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target organizations.
• Lead negotiation and closure of complex contracts and partnerships.
• Represent the company at virtual events, conferences, and webinars.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, and finance to tailor client solutions.
