You will oversee solar, wind, and other sustainable energy projects, coordinating with developers, regulators, and community representatives to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in renewable energy.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, project development cycles, and regulatory landscapes.
• Ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects, from feasibility studies to implementation and monitoring.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders (developers, regulators, community representatives).
• Ensure projects comply with all relevant regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets and track expenditures to ensure financial viability.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Contribute to the development of proposals and business cases for new renewable energy projects.
• Foster strong working relationships with all project stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and policy changes in the renewable energy sector.
