Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Project Manager with a passion for Renewable Energy to lead remote, end-to-end energy projects from site assessment through to launch. You will coordinate diverse teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards in a fully remote setting.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in renewable energy project management, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of project finance and regulatory frameworks to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a specialization in the renewable energy sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex energy projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, project finance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, adapted for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, or other sustainable energy sources.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies for energy projects.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations, permits, and safety standards.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders in a remote environment.
