Placements24 is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive technology solutions across South Africa, with a focus on Polokwane, Limpopo. This remote-first role requires building a high-performing remote sales team and delivering against aggressive revenue targets.

You will design regional strategies, manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and report forecast and pipeline insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology sales, with at least 3 years in a sales management or leadership role overseeing remote teams.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing remote sales teams.
• Excellent understanding of the technology market and sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a regional sales strategy for the designated territory, focusing on Polokwane and Limpopo.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage a remote team to achieve quotas.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders in the region.
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing complex deals.
