Placements24 is seeking a proactive Territory Sales Representative to cover Polokwane and the Limpopo region, promoting healthcare software and devices to hospitals, clinics, and medical practices. This hybrid role combines remote planning with frequent on-site client engagements, demonstrations, and deal closing.

You will build a strategic sales plan, qualify opportunities, and develop lasting relationships with hospital administrators, IT managers, and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of successful sales experience in healthcare tech or health IT.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of hospitals, clinics, and medical practices is a must.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targets.
• Identify and qualify opportunities within hospitals and clinics in Limpopo.
• Build relationships with hospital administrators, IT managers, and clinicians.
• Demonstrate products and articulate ROI to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with favorable terms.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and customer success teams.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage the pipeline in CRM.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Represent the company at conferences and events.
