Placements24 is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join a fully remote team focused on technology & digital sectors. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, from brief to placement, sourcing top tech talent, screening for skills and culture fit, and advising clients on market trends.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, with a focus on technology or digital sectors.
• Proven success sourcing and placing software engineers, data analysts, UX/UI designers, cloud engineers and cybersecurity specialists.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of technology stacks, programming languages and digital marketing disciplines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive remotely.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong specialization in the technology or digital sectors.
• Demonstrable success in sourcing and placing candidates in roles such as Software Engineers, Data Analysts, UX/UI Designers, Cloud Engineers, and Cybersecurity Specialists.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent understanding of various technology stacks, programming languages, and digital marketing disciplines.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online sourcing platforms.
