Placements24 is expanding its national remote team and seeks a Recruitment Consultant focused on technology roles.

You will own the end-to-end process, from sourcing IT professionals to placing them with clients, leveraging ATS and modern recruiting tools in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in the technology sector.
• Proven success sourcing and placing IT professionals across specializations.
• Excellent virtual communication, interviewing, and candidate management skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles (software, cybersecurity, data science, IT infra).
• Source using advanced techniques across online platforms and networks to identify candidates.
• Conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and career goals.
• Build strong relationships with technology clients and understand hiring needs.
