Placements24 is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join a reputable agency serving the Free State region, with a fully remote arrangement. You will manage mid-to-senior level recruitment, source and screen candidates, craft compelling job ads, and coordinate interviews with clients.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools, maintain an organized ATS, and engage candidates throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent sourcing skills and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Responsabilités

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online databases, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and career aspirations.
• Develop compelling job descriptions and advertisement copy to attract top talent.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain an organized database of candidates and recruitment activities within the ATS.
