Placements24 is seeking a driven Recruitment Specialist to manage the full lifecycle remotely, supporting our presence in Polokwane. You will identify staffing needs, source candidates, screen, interview, and facilitate hiring, building robust pipelines with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or business, 3–5 years of high-volume recruitment experience, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and experience with ATS and remote-work tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to source candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Strong understanding of employment equity and diversity in recruitment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and remote work tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
