Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment remotely.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with ATS and online sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of roles and industries.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high quality of candidates presented to clients.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using online platforms, professional networks, and databases.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, understanding their specific staffing needs.
• Negotiate employment offers and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
