This role offers the flexibility to work from home while contributing to client success and the growth of the consultancy, with operations supported from the Northern Cape region or any suitable remote location.

About the Role

Our client, an innovative recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Recruitment Specialist to join their fully distributed team. This position is ideal for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a remote work environment and is adept at managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from anywhere. You will partner with a diverse range of clients, sourcing and securing top talent across various industries. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while contributing significantly to the success of our clients and the growth of our consultancy, operating effectively from the Northern Cape region or any other suitable remote location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of client roles, using virtual communication and collaboration tools.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage both active and passive candidates.
• Conduct thorough remote interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and candidates through digital channels.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to all parties involved in the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple requisitions and delivering high-quality candidates in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other online recruitment tools.
• Excellent virtual communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and a self-starter mentality, with the capacity to work autonomously.
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries is highly advantageous.
