Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Recruitment Manager for a global, fully remote role. You will lead specialized recruitment initiatives, build remote teams, and deliver bespoke talent solutions to clients across industries such as mining, oil & gas, and life sciences.

You will mentor a global team, define workforce strategies, oversee end-to-end recruitment, and maintain compliance while leveraging ATS, CRM, and analytics tools.

Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. Demonstrated experience in recruiting for highly specialized or niche industries (e.g., mining, oil & gas, renewable energy, advanced manufacturing, life sciences). Proven success in building and managing successful remote recruitment teams. Exceptional strategic thinking, operational planning, and execution capabilities. Strong understanding of global talent markets and international recruitment practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with advanced recruitment technologies, ATS, CRM, and HR analytics tools. A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
