About the Role

This is a fully remote, high-impact role responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing recruitment strategies across multiple international markets. You will lead a distributed team of recruiters, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure the seamless attraction and hiring of top talent worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in global recruitment, a deep understanding of international labor markets, and exceptional leadership skills. Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing comprehensive global recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a diverse, remote-based team of international recruiters.
• Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across various countries and functions.
• Establishing and optimizing global recruitment processes, policies, and best practices.
• Implementing and managing recruitment technology stack, including ATS and sourcing tools.
• Developing and driving global employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Conducting market analysis to understand competitive landscapes and talent availability in different regions.
• Partnering with senior leadership to forecast talent needs and develop strategic workforce plans.
• Ensuring compliance with international labor laws and recruitment regulations.
• Managing vendor relationships with global sourcing partners and agencies.
• Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-4 years in a global leadership role.
• Proven experience in building and managing high-performing, remote international recruitment teams.
• In-depth knowledge of international recruitment markets, sourcing strategies, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing scalable global recruitment strategies.
• Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technology solutions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced, and dynamic international environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
