About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking recruitment consultancy, is seeking a dedicated Remote Recruitment Consultant to specialize in the Tech & Digital sector. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a fully remote environment and has a passion for connecting innovative companies with exceptional tech talent. You will manage the entire recruitment process for roles ranging from software engineering and UX design to data analytics and cybersecurity. Working remotely from Port Elizabeth or any approved location, you will be a key player in expanding our client's reach and impact within the rapidly evolving digital landscape, leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide array of tech and digital positions.
• Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier tech talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific technical hiring needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Utilize various recruitment technologies and platforms to optimize the hiring process.
• Provide regular updates and market insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a significant focus on the Tech & Digital industry.
• Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates for technical roles.
• Excellent understanding of current technology trends and in-demand skill sets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote work.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online sourcing tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a fully remote setting.
