Job summary

ReWorks Solutions is seeking a proactive Recruitment Pipeline Coordinator to support a growing recruitment team. You will manage candidates through the pipeline, coordinate communications, and ensure timely follow-ups, with a focus on accuracy in Salesforce.

The role is remote, supporting a US-based client on US business hours, with an emphasis on structured processes, accountability and delivering against targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, coordination, or candidate pipeline management.
• Experience managing a high-volume candidate pipeline or coordinating multiple vacancies.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems; Salesforce experience is advantageous.
• Strong computer literacy across multiple digital platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent follow-up and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with a wider team.
• Reliable, responsive and accountable with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor candidates through the recruitment pipeline in Salesforce.
• Coordinate candidate communication, follow-ups and next steps.
• Track actions, delays or bottlenecks and escalate as needed.
• Support interview coordination and ensure candidates are ready.
• Perform reference checks and maintain accurate records.
