Qualifications
- Proven experience in software development, systems engineering or similar technical role.
- Hands-on coding and programming experience.
- Experience with ATS platforms or recruitment technology systems.
- Experience building automations and integrating different software platforms.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks and system integrations.
- Experience with AI tools, AI-powered workflows or LLM-based solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and independently develop solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Configure, customise and optimise ATS to support recruitment workflows.
- Develop AI-powered automations to streamline recruitment processes.
