This fully remote role requires leadership, problem-solving, and deep knowledge of real estate transaction management and technology from a home office.

The position oversees daily operations, develops SOPs, manages the admin team, and coordinates with agents, lenders, and legal teams to ensure smooth closings, while using CRM

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in real estate operations or transaction management.
• 2+ years in supervisory or management role.
• Proficiency with real estate software and CRM platforms.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Real Estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day remote real estate operations for efficiency.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for transaction activities.
• Lead and coordinate the administrative support team.
• Leverage real estate technology and CRM for data integrity.
