Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Remote Real Estate Listings Coordinator to manage online property listings from home. You will input, update, and optimize listings across portals, coordinate with agents and photographers, and ensure accuracy and compelling descriptions to attract buyers and tenants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Listings Coordinator or data entry specialist.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data input and management.
• Experience with MLS, Zillow, Trulia, Property24 and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written communication and remote-work capability.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and manage property listing data across portals and company website.
• Ensure listing data including descriptions, photos, pricing is accurate and compelling.
• Coordinate with agents and photographers for materials and information.
• Monitor listing performance and resolve discrepancies or issues.
• Generate reports on activity, website traffic, and lead sources from listings.
• Maintain high data integrity and presentation for all listings.
