Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to understand property needs.
• Conduct virtual property presentations and tours, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, from inquiry to closing the deal.
• Maintain knowledge of available properties, market conditions, and pricing strategies in the Northern Cape.
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
