- Master's degree in a related field is required.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Proven success in managing complex deal negotiations and closings.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of real estate transactions from acquisition to leasing.
- Develop transaction strategies aligned with investment objectives.
- Conduct thorough due diligence including financial, legal, and operational assessments.
- Negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate with internal legal, finance, and asset management teams and external advisors.
- Manage timelines, budgets and milestones for each transaction.
- Analyze market data and property valuations to ensure competitive pricing.
- Provide expert guidance on market trends and opportunities.
