Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Real Estate Sales Director to lead and scale the sales organization for a progressive property development client. This senior role requires strategic vision, excellent leadership, and a track record of exceeding targets in real estate sales.

You will recruit, mentor, and manage a distributed team, set performance metrics, drive revenue growth, and ensure a compliant, data-driven sales process across projects in Gauteng and beyond.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in real estate sales with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
• Experience managing remote or distributed sales teams.
• Knowledge of SA real estate markets, esp. Gauteng.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Lead, recruit, train, and motivate a distributed sales team.
• Set sales targets and performance metrics for the team.
• Oversee the full sales process from lead gen to close.
• Analyze data and market trends to drive growth.
• Manage budgets and ensure profitable performance.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Provide reports on sales performance to executives.
