• Experience as Sales Coordinator or admin in real estate

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end sales process for properties, ensuring all docs are complete
• Primary contact for clients on admin inquiries and scheduling
• Prepare sales agreements, listing contracts, and related documents
• Maintain CRM with leads and transaction data
• Liaise with agents, buyers, sellers, and legal professionals
