Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage property sales from contract to closing, entirely from a remote location. You will be the central contact for agents, buyers, sellers, attorneys, escrow officers, and other parties, coordinating timelines and documentation to ensure smooth closings.

The role requires meticulous record-keeping, proactive problem solving, and strong communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous Real Estate Transaction Coordinator experience.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire transaction process from contract acceptance to closing, meeting all deadlines.
• Coordinate communication and documentation between agents, buyers, sellers, attorneys, escrow officers and other parties.
• Prepare and review all required documents for compliance and accuracy.
• Track contingencies, inspections, appraisals and loan approvals.
• Maintain organized digital files and entry into CRM systems.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise during the transaction process.
