Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or similar admin role.
• Strong understanding of real estate contracts, disclosures, and closing procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with remote work capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from signed contract to closing.
• Prepare, review, and submit all real estate forms, contracts, and disclosures.
• Communicate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and third parties.
• Track deadlines and contingency periods to prevent delays.
• Maintain digital files and transaction management systems.
• Schedule appointments, inspections, and closing dates.
