Placements24 seeks a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager for a fully remote role in the FMCG sector. You will lead QA/QC systems across manufacturing, drive compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP, and mentor a growing QA team to uphold product safety and quality.

This role requires 5–7 years in QA/QC management, strong SPC and data analysis skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. You will collaborate with R&D, Production, and Procurement, while advancing documentation,

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of QA/QC management in FMCG.
• Deep knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP.
• Proven ability to develop and implement QA/QC systems.
• Strong SPC and data analysis skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust QA and QC systems across all manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with national and international food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).
• Oversee product testing, inspection, and validation processes to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
• Lead and mentor the QA team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Investigate quality deviations, customer complaints, and non-conformances, implementing CAPA.
• Conduct internal audits and supplier audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and manage quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Procurement to integrate quality across the product lifecycle.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, updating QA systems accordingly.
• Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
